Core features
CGM apps show you numbers. GlucoSense shows you what those numbers mean for the way you eat, move, and live.
* Requires an existing CGM device and FreeStyle Libre CSV export
Your full CGM history in one chart. CGM readings, manual scans, and spot checks unified with upper/lower reference bands — so you see the full picture.
See TIR %, mean, median, and time above/below your target range. Understand your daily rhythm at a glance without exporting to another app.
Rank your meal categories by average post-meal glucose spike. Pure SQL — no AI credits needed. Know whether ramen or pasta hits you harder.
See the average glucose change in the 2-hour window after each activity type. Does tennis help more than running? Your data knows.
Import your Omron readings and view SYS/DIA/Pulse over time alongside your glucose. WHO classification bands show you where you stand.
Your data lives in your browser (sql.js + IndexedDB). Nothing is uploaded. The Mac app version (Tauri) keeps it in a local SQLite file you own.
How it works
Open FreeStyle LibreLink on your phone, go to My Account → Reports, and download your CSV. Works with Libre 2 and Libre 3. No API key or account needed.
Also imports: Omron BP CSVs · Apple Health workouts · Manual entries
Drop the file in GlucoSense. The importer auto-detects the format, converts units if needed, and stores everything in a local SQLite database inside your browser.
Re-imports are safe — overlapping periods are replaced, not duplicated.
No waiting. Tier-1 SQL aggregations run immediately on import: food category rankings, hourly baseline, exercise impact, BP trends. All cached for instant loading.
Zero AI calls needed — this is pure local computation.
Bring your own Claude API key and open the chat panel. GlucoSense sends pre-aggregated context — not raw data — so Claude answers fast and stays grounded in your numbers.
Responses are cached by query hash. Force-refresh any time.
